Adult Ballet Classes
Fun relaxed classes to develop posture, alignment, strength, flexibility and love of dance. An excellent way to keep fit for both fun and enjoyment. All abilities welcome.

Adult Ballet (all abilities) Tues 8.00-9.00pm with Tammy (St Paul's School)
Advanced Ballet (advanced)Tues 10.00-11.00am with Tammy (our studios)
