Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to promote our services.  If you contact us via the Contact Form on our website your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage and databases.  They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. 

 

The Drusilla Duffill Theatre School will process your confidential information as provided on the enrolment form  - which includes your name, your child’s name, gender, date of birth, your contact details including telephone numbers, email address(es) and home address, your emergency contacts name and telephone number, any medical conditions that we need to be aware of for the purpose of safe dance practice and any reasonable adjustments for examinations, your child’s educational school, invoice payment history, and dancing history.

 

The data will be stored securely, no longer than necessary, and solely for the completion of business activities.

• Your child’s name to be included in promotional material such as The Drusilla Duffill Theatre School show programme.

 

• For photographs of my child to be used for marketing purposes related to the Drusilla Duffill Theatre School. This may include (but is not limited to) use on the internet, in newspapers and magazines, and on posters.

 

• To be notified of any auditions for professional and amateur productions, workshops or competitions.

 

• Emergency parent/guardian contact numbers may be given to teachers and licensed volunteer chaperones for the sole use of emergency contact only.

 

• Paper registration forms, school registers, and all handwritten records are stored securely.
